Is it a subscription?
No. One payment gives 12 months of access, then it simply ends — there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.
How does the pass guarantee work?
Complete at least 80% of your study plan and at least 5 mock tests. If you still fail the real test, claim a full refund with our 2-click form within 60 days of your test date. No questions, no arguing.
What's free forever?

What payment methods do you take?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Prices include VAT.
Can I get a refund if I just change my mind?
At checkout you agree to start access immediately, which by UK law replaces the standard 14-day cooling-off refund. The pass guarantee applies in full, and if something's wrong, write to us — the refund form is two clicks, and we don't argue.
