How refunds work

You can request a refund from Settings → Refunds in two clicks: choose your purchase, tell us the reason, submit. No phone calls, no arguing.

Timelines

• Requests are reviewed automatically where possible.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.

The 14-day cooling-off period

UK law gives you 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. At checkout you agree to start access immediately, which waives that right — but our pass guarantee still applies in full. See our refund policy for the exact terms.
