If you complete at least 80% of your study plan and at least 5 mock tests, and you still fail the real test, we refund you in full.

How to claim

1. Go to Settings → Refunds.
2. Select your purchase, pick "I failed my test" and submit.
3. If your account meets the criteria, the refund is approved automatically.

Claim within 60 days of your test date. That's the whole process — no proof-of-failure uploads, no humiliation.
